How do I see your prices and place an order?

Register for a trade account on our website. Once approved, you can view trade pricing, browse the full range and order online.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are normally delivered within a few working days of dispatch. Busy periods such as the festive season may take longer. Contact us if you need a faster option.

Is there a minimum order?

Please contact our team for current minimum order details before placing your first order.

Do you offer delivery charges or free delivery?

Delivery charges depend on destination and order value, and we offer free delivery above certain order values. Our team will confirm the cost for your order.

Can I collect from your warehouse?

Yes. Collection is available from Unit 5A, Nobel Road, London N18 3BH. Please contact us before visiting so we can have your order ready.

Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

Yes. We offer bulk order discounts and regular special offers across selected ranges. Check our Special Offers page or ask our team.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit and credit cards and bank transfer. Please contact us if you would like to discuss other arrangements.

What if my goods arrive damaged?

Take a photograph and contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Can I return goods I no longer need?

Returns of unwanted goods are by prior agreement only, and goods must be unused and in original packaging. Return postage is paid by the customer.

How can I track my order?

Log in to your account and open Order History to see the current status of each order.

When are you open?

Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm, Sunday 9:00am - 1:00pm. We are closed on Saturdays.
